Can I make phone calls and send SMS?

Regarding Sun-Net data SIM, since a 050 IP number is attached, both international and domestic calls are possible. There is no SMS function.

How can I check how much data I've used this month?

By contacting us, you can you can check how many data you have used and if you have reached your plan data limit.

Q.

What happens when I reach the plan data limit?

A.

The communication speed dropds to 200 Kbps, but you are still able to connect to the Internet. No additional fee will be charged. The conection speed returns to its original the following month.

Q.

I've lost my SIM card. What should I do?

A.

Since a SIM card can not be reissued, you will need to apply for a new one.

Q.

How can I extend or cancel my contract?

A.

You can do it through our web site. A contract extension application form must be sent at least one month before the end of the original contract. In any other case the extension application form will be rejected and an application for a new SIM card would be necessary.
In case of cancellation, a cancellation form must be sent at least one month before the desired expiry date.

Q.

What should I do if I replace my smartphone?

A.

Please, insert the SIM card in your new device and set the APN. Be sure that your new smartphone supports NTT DOCOMO's network. If you have any question about setting your SIM card, please contact our customer service.
