Processing Time
Registration may take up to 3–7 business days after we receive your application.
Please apply well before your intended start date. If you need access urgently, we recommend submitting your application as early as possible.
⚠ Processing may take longer than usual during busy periods: March, April, September, and October.
Steps from Application to Internet Access
1 After receiving your online application or email, we will process registrations in order.
Applications submitted at night or on holidays will be processed from the next business day.
2 Once registration is complete, you will be notified by email. Internet access becomes available after you receive the confirmation email.
