◎ Network
・ Tethering is not available.
・ Even in unlimited high-speed data areas, data speed may vary depending on locations and signal conditions, such as in a subway, in a basement, inside large commercial buildings, and radio wave conditions.
・ The bandwidth control will be applied from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to midnight.
・ If you have surpassed your data limit for the month, your maximum data speed will be 128 Kbps — enough for messaging, but too slow for watching videos or fast browsing.

◎ About eSIM
・After completing the advance application, you will be given a QR code (or activation code) and a confirmation code.
・The QR code you were given can only be used on one device. An internet connection is required to set up the eSIM, so please connect to Wi-Fi.
◎ If you wish to extend the plan, please apply for the extension through our official website one month before the contract expiration date. If you have not applied for the extension by the period above, the SIM card will be automatically disposed of and will not function again. In that case, you need to apply for the new SIM card, incurring an issuance fee of 3,300 yen (tax-in). Please note that the number of the newly issued SIM card will be changed.
◎ For the mid-term cancellation, please note that the earliest cancel-able month is the next month. You need to apply for the cancellation through our website beforehand.
◎ You cannot cancel the contract until you have used it for at least 4 months.
① Monthly credit card payment
You need to register your credit card first. Afterward, the monthly usage fees will be automatically charged to your credit card. The date of auto credit card charge is every 10th of a month (if it's weekend or holidays, moved to the next business day) for the next month usage fee.

If your phone is SIM-locked, you should contact your domestic carrier to unlock your phone before applying.
◎ Type of SIM card compatible with your phone
If you choose the eSIM type, please make sure your phone can use eSIM. You cannot cancel the contract once you have paid for this service. It is also not possible to switch from an eSIM to a physical SIM card or vice versa.
