① Monthly Credit Card Payment
The monthly usage fee is deducted automatically from your credit card.
- Billing: Around the 10th of every month.
- Admin Fee: 154 yen applies from the 2nd bill.

② One-time Credit Card Payment
Make a one-time payment for all basic fees.

Important Notes Regarding Service Fees

eSIM Important Notes
eSIM is convenient but has several critical rules regarding usage and re-issuance:
1. Device Compatibility
⚠️ Please verify that your smartphone supports eSIM before registering.
2. QR Code Usage
• ❌ Single Use Only: Can be scanned only once during setup.
• ❌ No Re-installation: Cannot be reused once installed or deleted.
Network Quality and Data Communication
■ Connection Speed and Service Area
● Best Effort Service
This service is provided on a "best-effort" basis. Actual communication speeds may vary depending on your location, the time of day, and network congestion.
● Bandwidth Control
To ensure fair communication quality for all customers, bandwidth control (speed restriction) will be implemented during the following peak hours: Restricted Hours: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM / 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
■ Regarding the Tethering Function
The Sun-Net SIM does not support the tethering function (Personal Hotspot) for sharing data with other devices.
■ Data Limit and Speed Throttling
If you exceed your monthly data allowance, your connection speed will be limited to a maximum of 128kbps.
- Service during restriction: While you can still send and receive text messages, this speed is not suitable for watching videos or browsing image-heavy websites.
- Restoration: Your normal data speed will be automatically restored on the 1st day of the following month.
■ Data Capacity Management and Plan Changes
- Data Rollover: Unused data cannot be carried over to the next month. Any remaining data at the end of the month will expire.
- Plan Changes and Data Top-up: Please be advised that monthly data plan changes and additional data top-ups are currently unavailable.
Handling of Overdue Payments
※ Failure to confirm payment will result in service suspension or contract termination.
■ Late Payment Fees and Service Suspension
If payment is not confirmed by the due date, a late payment fee will be charged. If non-payment continues, we may temporarily suspend your SIM services.
■ Service Restoration
To restore service, the following conditions must be met:
- Full settlement of the outstanding balance.
- Payment of the Reconnection Fee: ¥1,320 (tax-in).
- Restoration typically takes 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
■ Regarding Contract Termination
If no action is taken after reminders, we will carry out contract termination with the following consequences:
- All outstanding balances must still be settled after termination.
- The terminated SIM card cannot be restored.
- A new application will be required, resulting in a new phone number.
Procedures for Continuing Service (Contract Extension)
※ This service does not renew automatically. Upon expiration, the service will be automatically terminated.
If you wish to continue using the service, please ensure you complete the contract extension procedures within the specified deadline.
■ How to Apply for a Contract Extension
Please complete the extension procedures via our official website at least one month before your contract expires.
■ Important Notes Regarding Non-Renewal
If extension is not confirmed, your SIM will become unusable after the expiration date. Re-using the service will require a "New Application" under these conditions:
- New Administrative Fee: A SIM issuance fee of ¥3,300 (tax-in) will be charged.
- Phone Number Change: You cannot keep your current number. A new number will be assigned.
- Service Interruption: There will be a period without service while the new SIM is processed.
Restoring service after expiration is treated as a "New Contract". It is impossible to transfer previous usage data or settings.
Please complete the procedures within the deadline to avoid service interruption.
Cancellation Procedures
■ Cancellation Procedures
● Automatic Expiration
The contract will automatically terminate at the end of your subscription period. No cancellation procedures are required, and no cancellation fees will be charged.
● Early Termination
If you wish to cancel before the end of your contract, please complete the process via our official website at least one month prior to your desired cancellation month.
■ Regarding the Initial Contract Cancellation
You may cancel this contract in writing within 8 days, starting from the day you receive the contract documents.
- Cancellation Fees: No contract termination penalties will be charged if cancelled within the 8-day period.
- Customer Responsibilities: You are still responsible for fees incurred up to the date of cancellation:
- Service usage fees (data, voice calls, etc.)
- Initial fee
