Internet Service cancellation request

Due to change of residence

Sun-Net Hikari service may be available at your new address. You could use the same wireless router you used at your residence. For more details, visit the page below.

Due to equipment or connection problems

Please contact first our technical support team to assist you with any problem you may have.
If the connection speed is slow, it doesn't connect at all... please take a look at the guide book handled with the wireless router or at our troubleshooting page. If it still does not work, please contact our technical support team.

Procedure for Internet service cancellation

 

Please complete the cancellation procedure at least one month before the desired cancellation date.
A monthly fee will be charged as cancellation fee. Also, regardless of whether or not you have used it for six months, you will be charged for the minimum usage period.

【For WiFi Plus plan users】
Please be sure to return the device within a week after the end of the cancellation month. Use the blue slip we gave you with the router. The client assumes all transport charges.
Please understand that if the router is not returned, an extra fee will be charged.

SIM・MOBILE cancellation request

I want a regular phone number, not an IP number

We also offer voice SIM card plans with regular numbers (090~、080~、070~). Contracts from 6 months available with Sun-Net. Credit card payment required.
By the way, you can create a LINE account if you choose the "Loging with Facebook" option even using an IP number!

There is no data signal, I can not make calls

The settings may not have be done correctly. If you can not connect to the Internet, please check the APN settings. If you can not make calls, please check the 050 app settings.
I can not set my device because it is not SIM free, the SIM card does not fit in... in that case contact the Sun-Net customer support  center.

Procedure for SIM・MOBILE service cancellation

 

Please complete the cancellation procedure at least one month before the desired cancellation date.
Regardless of whether or not you have used it for six months, you will be charged for the minimum usage period (for long term SIM card users).
